Training & Development Supervisor

About the role

Future Health Indonesia is looking for an energetic, engaging, and passionate Training & Development Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance members' sales skills, leadership capabilities, and team-building skills. The ideal candidate must have strong stage presence, excellent public speaking skills, and the ability to serve as both an MC and a motivational speaker at company events. As Future Health Indonesia will regularly organize entrepreneurship events to support member recruitment and network expansion, the candidate must be confident in engaging audiences, delivering inspiring presentations, and creating an energetic atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations at company events, entrepreneurship gatherings, seminars, and member activities

• Present business opportunities and motivate prospective members to explore the company's business

• Prepare presentation materials, speaking scripts, and motivational content for company events

• Support member recruitment initiatives through effective public speaking and audience engagement

• Help members improve their presentation, communication, and business opportunity sharing skills

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute entrepreneurship events and member development activities

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Supervisor, Sales Trainer, or in a similar position

• Experience in the MLM / Direct Selling industry is highly preferred

• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills

• Strong stage presence and the confidence to speak in front of large audiences

• Able to perform as both an MC and a speaker at company events, seminars, and entrepreneurship gatherings

• Energetic, charismatic, persuasive, and capable of engaging and inspiring an audience

• Able to deliver training in a fun, interactive, practical, and engaging way

• Strong storytelling, motivational, and audience engagement skills

• Good understanding of sales, leadership, motivation, recruitment, and team building
