Trade Marketing & Activation Intern

Job Description:
1. Source and coordinate vendors for promotional merchandise, gimmicks, POSM, sampling kits, and other marketing materials.
2. Manage quotations, production timelines, artwork coordination, quality control, and delivery in accordance with approved budgets and timelines.
3. Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Area Managers, and store teams to ensure effective distribution and implementation of marketing activities.
4. Develop store activation guidelines and monitor execution across the retail network.
5. Maintain budget trackers, vendor documentation, and campaign implementation reports.
6. Evaluate activation effectiveness through execution compliance, cost efficiency, and sales performance.
