Procurement Intern

About the role

Support administration and monitoring of Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers/principals, with coordination across procurement, warehouse, finance, and store functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administration and monitoring of Purchase Order (PO) processes to suppliers/principals

• Monitor PO status, delivery, and outstanding orders, and conduct follow-up with suppliers

• Monitor stock and purchasing needs to provide supporting data for procurement processes

• Coordinate with Category, Warehouse, Finance, and Store teams regarding procurement requirements

About you

• Background in Pharmacy, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain is a plus

• Negotiation skills

• Basic Excel formula proficiency
