About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Tour Operation Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Citra Berkat Inspirasi Wisata, a leading travel agency located in Tangerang Banten. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional travel experiences to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of diverse travel packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities

• Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure the best deals and ensure the seamless execution of travel arrangements

• Providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, handling bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise

• Conducting research to stay informed on industry trends, destinations, and new travel offerings

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to travel bookings and client information

• Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the business

Qualifications :

• Graduated min SMK Pariwisita/D3 Economy/Tourism/Hospitality
• 25 - 30 yo
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have experience in travel Industry/Hospitality or work experience for 1-3 years in MICE/EO are also welcome to apply
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written correspondence
• Strong social and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about the travel industry
• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Able to operate a computer to search for and find information
• Able to operate CapCut
• Focused and attentive to details
• Creative and organized
• Initiative and proactive
• Tactful, polite and easy going
