Ticketing / Travel Consultant (Staff to Spv)

About the role

A Travel Consultant role responsible for managing flight and transportation bookings, hotel and accommodation reservations, and invoice creation for both domestic and international travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform booking, issuance, re-issuance, re-scheduling, re-routing, and refund processing for domestic and international flight tickets and other transportation tickets

• Perform booking, issuance, re-issuance, re-scheduling, and refund processing for domestic and international hotel and accommodation reservations

• Create invoices for issued transportation and accommodation services

About you

• Minimum education: SMK Pariwisata (Tourism Vocational School) graduate

• Minimum 1 year work experience as a Travel Consultant

• Not currently enrolled in formal education

• Able to operate Reservation Systems: Galileo, Sabre, Abacus, Altea

• Honest, proactive, and friendly demeanor

• Good communication skills
