Ticketing Staff

About the role

Join our Event Organizer company as a Staff Ticketing. We are seeking professional and experienced candidates with high work spirit to join our team in providing Travel Documents & Hospitality Services
Key responsibilities :

• Handle airline ticketing for domestic and international flights

• Process hotel reservations for domestic and international destinations

• Manage travel needs for FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) customers

• Provide customer travel services and support

• Work with industry networks and relationships in the Tour & Travel sector

About you

• Education in Tourism or Hospitality preferred

• Experience in airline ticketing for domestic and international flights

• Knowledge of domestic and international hotel reservation processes

• Experience handling FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) customer needs

• Wide network and relationships in the Tour & Travel industry

• Fluent English, both spoken and written (priority)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

• Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
