3D Event Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced 3D Event Designer to join our team in creating various attractive, realistic visual event concepts ready for production application.

Key responsibilities

• Create concepts and 3D visualizations for Events, Stages, Booths, Exhibitions, Activation Areas, Backdrops, Installations, and Venue Layouts

• Develop designs based on briefs from Creative and Project Teams

• Create high-quality and realistic 3D renderings for client presentation needs

• Develop designs from concept through final production-ready design

• Ensure designs comply with venue dimensions, production requirements, materials, and actual field conditions

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs can be realized effectively

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Event, Event Organizer, or Creative Agency industry

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related fields

• Professional portfolio demonstrating best 3D work, particularly event, exhibition, booth, stage, or activation projects

• Strong visualization ability and capability to translate briefs into creative and applicable designs

• Proficient in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar

• Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Rhino is an added value

• Understanding of 3D Modeling, Texturing, UV Mapping, Material and Composition techniques

• Understanding of proportion, scale, construction, and feasibility of event design

• Proficient in Lighting and Rendering techniques using V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or other render engines

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for compositing and final touch of rendering results
