Deskripsi pekerjaan
We are hiring Tender Manager with qualification as below :
Barchelor Degree of Naval/ Marine Engineering, Business Management or Law
At least 5 years of experience in Tender/ Bid Management, specifically within the offshore, or oil & gas industries.
Possess sound knowledge of the technical and operational specifications of offshore support vessels (AHT, AHTS and Barge).
Proficiency in interpreting complex tender documents, including Terms of Reference (ToR), Scope of Work (SoW), and commercial contract clauses.
Understanding the PTK-007 regulation and its latest revisions.
Capable of preparing simulations of vessel operating costs (including fuel, mob-demob, insurance, and crew allowances).
Placement in Jakarta (Kuningan).
