Fleet Manager

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering Systems, Nautical/Marine Engineering.

Have ANT-I or ATT-I certificate is preferred.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the shipping industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position (Marine or Technical Superintendent, or Fleet Manager).

Possesses hands-on experience handling specialized AHT/AHTS vessels (supporting rig moving, anchor handling, towing, and supply operations in the offshore oil and gas sector).

In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code) and offshore oil and gas regulations.

Designing and executing a planned maintenance system (PMS) and operational and maintenance budget for AHTS vessels.

Strong leadership, crisis management, and negotiation skills.
