Temporary Technical Writer / Temporary Quality Assurance

TECHNICAL WRITER

• Experience & Education: Minimum 3 years of professional experience with at least a Diploma Degree (D3 / Bachelor’s Degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, English Literature, or a relevant technical discipline.

• Technical Writing & Documentation: Proficient in writing clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documents (FSD, Technical Design Document, API Documentation, User Manual/SOP, UAT, and Knowledge Base).

• Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of technology concepts including APIs, databases, cloud, system integration, SDLC, and basic programming languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

• Documentation Tools: Mastery of tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, Markdown, MadCap Flare, and flow diagram tools.

• Soft Skills & Collaboration: Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

• Language: Fluent in Indonesian.

1. Technical & API Documentation: Write and structure technical documents (API specifications, System Specs, UAT, and Functional Specification Documents) for internal/external developers and stakeholders.

2. User Guides & SOPs: Develop effective user manuals, tutorials, and SOPs for web and mobile applications.

3. Collaboration & Research: Work closely with developers, PMs, and business teams to gather information, conduct usability testing, and ensure documentation stays up-to-date with system releases.

4. Maintenance & Updates: Continuously update and manage product documentation to reflect current business requirements and system updates.

Onsite Placement: Willing to be placed onsite at the Juanda Office

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Experience & Education: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Software Application QA/QC with at least a Diploma Degree (D3) Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.

• Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of software engineering for web applications, web services, mobile, and databases.

  • Proficient in programming/query languages: PHP, Node.js, Java, SQL, and JavaScript.

  • Experienced in bug tracking processes, software testing methodologies, and performance/security testing.

  • Familiar with various testing tools and defect tracking systems.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with test automation applications (such as Selenium, Cucumber, etc.) are considered a strong plus.

• Non-Technical & Soft Skills: Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, detail-oriented, good time management, and high work ethics.

• Language: Fluent in Indonesian.

1. Requirements Validation: Ensure applications and modules align strictly with Initial Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) and Functional System Documentation (FSD).

2. Testing Preparation: Develop comprehensive test scenarios, test plans, test environments, and approval documents (covering positive & negative test cases, schedules, and estimations).

3. Execution & Reporting: Execute test scenarios, conduct performance and security tests, and record detailed test reports.

4. Risk Management: Identify, document, and present risks based on testing findings to the product and development teams.
