Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to targeted prospects.

• Introduce and promote TEH Group events to decision-makers and professionals.

• Convert prospects into confirmed attendees for upcoming events.

• Follow scripts and value propositions tailored for each event.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of call outcomes and registrations.

• Achieve weekly KPIs: number of calls, conversations, and confirmed delegates.

• Build strong rapport and represent TEH Group professionally on every call.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, call center, or phone-based outreach.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Confident, energetic, and comfortable calling executives.

• Highly target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive weekly targets.

• Fluent in English is an advantage.
