About the role

With over 30 years of experience, the company is committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and reliable products to meet the needs of various industrial sectors including manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage, laboratory, and other industrial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and email
• Offer company products and services
• Follow up on offers and customer needs
• Identify and develop new customers
• Input and update customer data in the system
• Create reports on activities and follow-up results
• Maintain good relationships with customers

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education or equivalent from any field
• Experience in telemarketing/sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Active, communicative, and target-oriented
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business
• Experience with Barantum CRM system is an advantage
• Able to work individually and as part of a team
• Disciplined, honest, and responsible
