About the role

PT Usaha Saudara Mandiri (USM) is a manufacturing company specialising in industrial heating solutions, headquartered in Tangerang, Banten. Under the United Heater brand, USM is known for product quality, competitive pricing, and technical support to industry. We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of mechanical engineering drafter to support company operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly of electrical installation and wiring on production units according to drawings and specifications
• Read and create wiring diagrams for installation and assembly needs
• Conduct installation testing, auto tuning, and unit test running, including FAT/SAT
• Perform troubleshooting and assist in handling electrical system disturbances
• Understand and apply PLC in unit control systems
• Perform work according to electrical standards, K3 procedures, and PPE usage

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/STM in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• Able to read wiring drawings and perform electrical installation assembly
• Understand PUIL standards and basic electrical work safety
• Have knowledge of PLC, auto tuning, FAT/SAT, and troubleshooting
• Meticulous, disciplined, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in electrical field or unit assembly is an added value
