About the role

Nutapos is looking for a Telemarketing professional to drive B2B sales in the technology sector. You will contact potential culinary business clients via phone and WhatsApp, introduce Nutapos POS and business management solutions, identify client needs, and guide prospects through product demonstrations and consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential culinary business clients via phone calls and WhatsApp
• Introduce Nutapos solutions and explain product benefits based on client needs
• Identify client needs and build strong interest in the product
• Consistently follow up with prospective clients and invite them to product demos or consultations
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
• Update communication logs, prospect statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

About you

• Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in reaching out to new people
• Resilient mindset, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Proficient in using WhatsApp, computers, and basic office applications
• Strong willingness to learn
• Previous experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, or Sales (bonus)
