Technician for Branch In Jakarta (PT Tunas Teknik IDN)

The role requires availability for emergency call‑outs 24/7 when on standby and the ability to work independently to ensure customer satisfaction. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–6:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:30 am–1:00 pm. Technical training is provided during orientation.

Responsibilities

·        Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS systems, CRAC systems, BMS (building management system), and other critical infrastructure.

·        Respond to emergency calls and equipment breakdowns 24/7 when on standby.

·        Attend and document any incidents within the data center, preparing incident reports as needed.

·        Plan and manage contractors for data center infrastructure services such as power distribution, cooling, fire protection/alarm, and building monitoring systems.

·        Supervise and manage third‑party contractors during preventive and breakdown maintenance if required.

·        Coordinate with contractors for data center power‑shutdown activities.

·        Recommend improvements and enhancements related to data center infrastructure facilities.

·        Prepare monthly facilities management (FM) reports and chair monthly FM meetings.

·        Perform troubleshooting and follow up with contractors on repair works and corrective actions.

·        Carry out parts‑replacement jobs for the equipment listed above when needed.
