Technician Engineering

Job Des :

• Perform product costing analysis and support cost production activities

• Understand and support Fct Proces and test troubleshooting

• Support NPI activities

• Conduct proces improvement to improve productivity

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with customer regarding technical issue

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA)

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and production equipment.

• Familiarity with PLC programming or automation systems (preferred for electrical/automation tracks).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for business communication and reporting.
