About the role
Technician Coordinator responsible for coordinating technicians and managing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes for GPS/IoT devices in the logistics industry.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate with Business Development team regarding installation, repair, removal, and relocation of GPS/IoT devices
Search, manage, and coordinate technicians according to operational needs
Ensure installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes run according to standards
Create and update technical documentation and troubleshooting results
Conduct performance analysis of GPS devices and provide improvement recommendations
Coordinate with related teams for customer visit requirements
About you
Minimum SMA/SMK in Electrical Engineering or Engineering
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field
Understanding of IoT, GPS Sensor, vehicle electrical systems, and GPS firmware updates
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Possess coaching, influencing, decision making, execution, and continuous improvement capabilities
