Technical Writer Internship

• ⁠Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, manuals, and other supporting documents.
• Gather and organize information from developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Help translate technical information into clear and easy-to-understand documentation.
• ⁠Assist in reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• ⁠Update documentation based on feedback, product updates, and changes in system functionality.
• ⁠Support documentation activities using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other documentation tools.
• Participate in team discussions and meetings related to product and technical documentation.

Kualifikasi

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Have an interest in technical writing, documentation, and technology.
• ⁠Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• ⁠Able to explain or organize technical information in a clear and simple way.
• ⁠Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• ⁠Basic understanding of software development or application processes is a plus.
• ⁠Willing to learn new tools, technologies, and documentation processes.
• ⁠Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work from office (WFO)
