Technical Trainer HVAC - Palembang

Tanggung jawab

• Develop and deliver training of our HVAC product
• Conduct booth theoritical and practical training sessions for customers, dealers, and technicians
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery
• Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to understand new product features and incorporate them into training materials
• Maintain detailed training records and provide regular progress reports to management

Persyaratan

• Minimum l-2years of experience as a HVAC trainer in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry
• In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Strong teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices in the HVAC industry
• A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing high-quality training and support
