Technical Service Representative-General Industry Coating

About the role

This role involves providing technical services to support sales expansion and customer development in specific areas. You will maintain relationships with existing customers, provide on-site technical services, introduce new products and equipment, and solve coating-related problems. You will participate in debugging new projects, coordinate with customer personnel, and conduct on-site inspections. The role requires understanding equipment and coating processes, adjusting spraying parameters according to product characteristics, and communicating closely with internal teams including laboratory, sales, and production to ensure effective collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales to expand development of new customers in specific areas and provide technical services and on-site verification services

• Maintain orders from existing customers and provide on-site technical services, introduce new products and equipment to customers

• Communicate and discuss paint problems with customers, solve on-site problems, and maintain good customer relations

• Participate in the team to debug new projects, including coordinating customer personnel and on-site inspection

• Understand equipment and coating process, adjust spraying parameters according to coating product characteristics

• Communicate closely with internal laboratory, sales, and production to feedback information and realize value of internal team cooperation

• Provide help and support to internal and external personnel

• Cooperate with R&D to assist colleagues to follow up new products and customer complaints

• Provide technical services in construction machinery industry or related fields

About you

• Science and engineering professional college or bachelor's degree or above (experienced candidates may have high school education)

• 5-8 years of experience in coating technical services or in the field of application tools

• Experience in project operation, customer maintenance and marketing

• Independent and successful problem solving ability in the field of industrial paint applications

• Good oral and written expression skills and strong communication skills

• Ability to identify problems and find solutions in a timely manner

• Familiar with office software and email

• Good English proficiency

• Good self-control and attention to detail
