Technical Assistant (EMC Test Report Specialist)

About the role

PT Nemko Indonesia Assurance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant (TA) to support EMC testing laboratory operations. This position is ideal for a candidate who wishes to develop into a professional EMC test report specialist through structured training and practical laboratory experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely EMC test reports, supporting EMC engineers with documentation, and ensuring the highest quality standards in report management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF documentation is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue EMC test reports in accordance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
• Prepare DJID compliance test reports and related supporting documents.
• Prepare test reports for international certification projects.
• Review test data and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before report issuance.
• Convert, organize, and manage technical documentation in Word, Excel, and PDF formats.
• Maintain testing records, report templates, and document control systems.
• Support EMC engineers in preparing technical documents, test summaries, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with laboratory personnel to obtain and verify test results.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and delivered within required timelines.
• Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and documentation-related quality activities.

About you

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent document preparation and administrative skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining document quality.
• Fast and accurate typing and document formatting skills.
• Experience in preparing technical reports, certification documents, or laboratory-related documentation (preferred).
• Experience working in a testing laboratory, certification body, or engineering environment (preferred).
