Team Leader Desk Collection (Melayu & English Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader Desk Collection to supervise collection operations, guide team members, and ensure monthly collection targets are achieved. We are hiring for two positions: Melayu Speaker (Fluent in Melayu and English) or Indonesian Speaker (Fluent in Indonesian and English).

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and monitor the daily performance of the Desk Collection team

• Ensure the team achieves assigned collection targets and performance KPIs

• Monitor collection activities and follow up on overdue customer payments

• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to improve performance

• Evaluate team performance, identify challenges, and implement improvement strategies

• Prepare and monitor collection performance reports

• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Desk Collection

• Previous experience as a Desk Collection Team Leader or Supervisor is highly preferred

• Fluent in English and the relevant working language (Melayu or Indonesian)

• For Melayu Speaker position: SPPI/AFPI certification is not mandatory

• For Indonesian Speaker position: Must hold a valid SPPI/AFPI certification

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills

• Target-oriented with the ability to monitor team performance and achieve collection goals
