Tax Accountant

Job description:

1. Prepare, review and submit all company tax reports (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh 26) accurately and on time

2. Conduct tax reconciliations, maintain accurate tax records and support tax audits by preparing all required documentations

3. Ensure compliance with current tax regulations and company policies while staying updated on changes in tax laws and compliance requirements

4. Prepare budgets, process payments and reimbursements and final accounts

5. Assist in other tax and accounting-related duties as assigned

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field

2. Fluent in Mandarin

3. Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in taxation

4. Proficient in Coretax, DJP Online, e-SPT, and e-Filing for all PPh tax reporting and compliance

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (SAP, ERP, OA)

6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadline

7. Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team
