About the role

A Tax Specialist role focused on managing and ensuring the company tax compliance in accordance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the company tax compliance in accordance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations

• Calculate, prepare, and file monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, and Corporate Income Tax/PPh Badan)

• Reconcile tax data with financial statements and accounting records

• Prepare supporting documents for tax audits and handle correspondence with tax authorities

• Monitor updates in tax regulations and provide recommendations to management regarding their business impact

• Manage tax administration through Coretax DJP, including e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and other applicable tax reporting systems

• Identify potential tax risks and implement measures to ensure ongoing compliance

• Ensure timely tax payments, accurate reporting, and proper documentation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tax Specialist or in a similar role with background in the same industry or related field

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate taxation practices

• Experience in preparing and submitting tax returns and tax related reports

• Proficiency with official tax platforms Coretax (e-Faktur & e-Bupot) and advanced MS Excel

• Proficient in accounting & finance software, such as Kingdee, Yonyou, or equivalent ERP systems

• Familiarity with tax reconciliation, tax audits, and tax compliance processes

• Brevet A, B, & C certification is required

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills

• Good communication in English is required; Mandarin is a plus

• Salary will be negotiated after passing the user interview stage
