Tank Farm Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tank farm operations, including receipt, storage, transfer, and dispatch of CPO and finished products.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock monitoring and tank reconciliation.

• Coordinate product movement with Production, Logistics, Quality Control, and Shipping departments.

• Monitor tank levels, pumps, pipelines, valves, and related equipment to ensure operational reliability.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, HSE regulations, GMP, and quality standards.

• Lead, coach, and evaluate tank farm operators to achieve operational excellence.

• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Support maintenance planning to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Tank Farm, Warehouse Liquid, Terminal, Refinery, Palm Oil, Oleochemical, or related manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of tank farm operations, inventory management, and product handling.

• Familiar with pumps, pipelines, valves, storage tanks, and transfer systems.

• Good knowledge of HSE regulations and safe working practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.

• Willing to be placed in Dumai, Riau.
