Talent & Culture Operations - La Plancha

About the role

PT. LYD Management Bali is seeking a talented and passionate Talent & Culture Operations specialist to join our La Plancha venue in Seminyak, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping our organisational culture and supporting our human resources functions. As Talent & Culture Operations, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace environment, and ensuring seamless HR operations that align with our strategic objectives. This role bridges the gap between our strategic HR vision and day-to-day operational excellence, making it essential to the continued growth and success of La Plancha.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting HR administration tasks including employee records management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination

• Designing and delivering HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and professional development

• Managing employee relations matters and supporting conflict resolution processes in a professional and confidential manner

• Maintaining compliance with local employment laws and regulations within the Bali jurisdiction

• Collaborating with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and develop talent strategies accordingly

• Conducting exit interviews and implementing retention strategies based on insights gathered

• Fostering a positive workplace culture through events, recognition programmes, and internal communications

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR operations or HR generalist within a hospitality or service industry environment

• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements applicable in Indonesia and Bali

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proficiency in HR management systems (Talenta), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation

• A genuine passion for building positive workplace cultures and supporting employee development

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment

• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with additional language skills considered advantageous

• Experience in the hospitality, food and beverage, or venue management sector is highly preferred
