Talent Acquisition Program CIPTA TA - Semarang

A program designed to develop young-enthusiastic candidates to start their career in HR. The program will provide comprehensive training related to end-to-end recruitment process.

Job Description :

• Explore best practices in the market of talent sourcing channels for the fulfillment of the talent needs of the organization.

• Build sustainable networking with the internal business unit and HR Business Partner to identify key talent acquisition needs in the business unit.

• Implement sourcing channel, recruiting process strategies, solutions, and interview process to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.

• Manage innovative programs and events of recruiting programs, job fairs, and campus hiring to fulfill organizational needs.

• Manage the delivery of recruiting and hiring services by assessing the healthiness of open positions.

• Develop the network and ensure communication with the business unit to align properly between business talent acquisition needs and manpower plans.

Job Requirement: 

• Bachelor degree any major with a minimum GPA ≥ 3.00

• Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication

• Target oriented & technology savvy

• Having an experience in Employer Branding is preferable

• Demonstrate the following qualities: integrity, high motivation, self-confidence, driven / energetic, good communication / interpersonal skills, able to work under pressures, professionalism
