System Analyst

• Technical Design: Responsible for designing technical product specifications that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including security, performance, and scalability considerations.
• Quality Assurance: Responsible for conducting end-to-end integration testing to ensure the product meets defined requirements and established quality standards.
• Product Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including ERDs, Sequence Diagrams, API Documentation, Data Dictionaries, and Testing Scenarios.
• AI Integration: Implement and leverage AI-powered tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to improve development efficiency and productivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with QC, Business Analysts (BA), UI/UX, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business and technical requirements.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in translating client or internal business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Experience in developing or supporting Enterprise Applications or Core System Products.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficient in analysis and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and UML diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of Web Development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, cross-browser compatibility, and User Interface (UI) design.
• Strong understanding of databases and system architecture, including SQL, PL/SQL, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and Web Services.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and issue tracking/ticketing tools.
• Experienced in working within Agile/Scrum software development environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience with Angular and programming languages such as .NET/C# or Java is preferred.
