Supply Chain Project Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and communicative Supply Chain Project Coordinator to join one of the largest FMCG cosmetic companies in South Jakarta.

Key responsibilities:

-Handle Supply Chain projects, Ensure the Local Adaptation action plan is completed in a timely manner

-Maintain Supply Chain KPIs to ensure data validity and support the implementation of appropriate solutions together with local report users

-Assess and proactively identify any issues during the project timeline and escalate them to N+1

-Maintain the speed and quality of work throughout the project

-Prepare, report, and present project results and progress to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field

-Minimum 1 year of experience in project-based work or a related role

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling and analysis

-Good proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) for reporting and presentation

-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

-Good analytical and problem-solving skills

-Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

-Proactive and able to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner

-Able to work in a fast-paced and project-driven environment
