Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are a multinational company looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager that will oversee and streamline all activities related to sourcing, procurement, production planning, warehousing, and logistics. You will ensure an uninterrupted flow of materials, minimize operating costs, and maintain high standards of quality and delivery performance.

Main Duties:

• Planning material supply, production, and transport, and coordinating closely with other plants and distribution centers

• High-level production planning: Participating in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and deriving adjustments to production targets for the plant

• Detailed production planning: Setting priorities and defining production sequences based on replenishment parameters at the hubs

• Planning and coordinating timely transport and delivery for orders (container management)

• Managing materials and resources to ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining optimal inventory levels, procuring necessary production materials, and ensuring optimal resource utilization

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the supply chain and logistics team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent

• Willing to work in Jember, Jawa Timur

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics management

• Solid knowledge of logistics, materials management, and production

• Understanding of the relationship between supply and demand within a manufacturing environment

• Understanding of the impact of internal and external factors on a globally integrated value chain

• Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, supply chain analytics tools)

• Excellent problem-solving mindset with sharp attention to detail

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal)

• Experience working with an ERP system (SAP preferred) and extensive experience in a manufacturing setting

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Structured and analytical approach to work; strong process-oriented mindset

• Organizational skills; ability to grasp interrelationships, focus on essentials, and consistently prioritize tasks

• High level of independence and initiative

• High degree of reliability – strong sense of accountability for the role
