ERP Manager

Job Summary

We are a multinational company looking for an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager to implement, oversee, optimize, and maintain our core ERP systems. You will act as the primary bridge between our business units and technical teams, ensuring smooth software performance, system integration, and user adoption across the organization and its partners overseas.

Main Duties:

• Implementation of an ERP system at the plant in collaboration with the IT department and all plant functional areas

• Training and 1st-level support for users regarding existing and new ERP functionalities; logging and tracking tickets escalated to 2nd-level support (IT Team Europe)

• Support and training for ERP key users

• Management of interfaces with customs and other ERP subsystems (verifying and ensuring data flow between systems)

• Evaluation of process optimizations through the use of ERP functionalities, in consultation with the relevant functional areas

• Testing and documentation of processes following changes, patch deployments, and other adjustments (low-complexity tasks handled in close cooperation with the IT Team Europe)

• Close collaboration with the hosting/cloud partner for ERP operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/Diploma or S1/ Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Systems or equivalent

• Willing to work in Jember, Jawa Timur

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the ERP environment of an industrial company.

• Extensive experience with at least one of the ERP logistics modules—Materials Management, Production, or Sales/Distribution—ideally gained at a company operating in conjunction with a European enterprise

• Basic knowledge of IT network and infrastructure topics

• Solid experience in project management (creating specifications, assembling project teams, project controlling/leadership)

• Fluent written and spoken English, particularly regarding ERP-specific terminology

• Experience in facilitating and designing workshops and training sessions

• Open and direct communication style with end-users and within the company’s European IT department

• Structured and analytical working style; strong process-oriented mindset

• Integrated, holistic thinking; ability to recognize interdependencies, focus on essentials, and consistently prioritize activities

• High level of independence and initiative

• High level of reliability and a strong sense of accountability for the role
