Supervisor Teknis – Estimator

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Supervisor – Estimator with capabilities in cost estimation and field work supervision to join our team. This position is suitable for candidates accustomed to hands-on work, able to read technical drawings, calculate work/material requirements, create RAB/BOQ, and understand the execution of structural and architectural work in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and measurements of existing conditions at project locations.

• Read and understand structural, architectural, and interior technical drawings.

• Perform quantity take-off and volume calculations for work.

• Create and prepare RAB, BOQ, and project cost estimates.

• Calculate material requirements, labour, and subcontractor/vendor work.

• Check material and service prices for estimation purposes.

• Prepare quotations/project proposals based on calculation results.

• Supervise the execution of structural and architectural work in the field.

• Ensure work complies with technical drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

• Coordinate with project managers, designers/drafters, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction, interior, fit-out, contracting, or design & build.

• Experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, Site Supervisor, Project Executor, or similar technical position.

• Understanding of structural and architectural work.

• Able to read technical drawings and measure existing conditions.

• Able to perform quantity take-off and create RAB/BOQ.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for estimation calculations.

• Able to use AutoCAD for reading and checking drawings.

• Understanding of basic materials and construction work execution methods.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, communicative, and able to work with targets and deadlines.
