Interior / Architectural Designer

About the role

This role involves creating and developing building or interior designs according to company and client needs, producing technical drawings and 3D models, and coordinating with construction teams to ensure designs are realized effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop building or interior designs according to company and client needs

• Create technical 2D drawings using AutoCAD

• Create 3D models using SketchUp

• Prepare working drawings and design details as a reference for project implementation

• Coordinate with construction teams, field implementers, and related parties to ensure designs can be realized

• Revise drawings and designs based on project evaluation

• Ensure drawings and designs comply with specifications, dimensions, and project technical requirements

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/D3/S1 in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in building design, architecture, or interior design

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp

• Able to create 2D working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design details according to project needs

• Able to create 3D models and building or interior design visualizations

• Understanding of basic building construction, materials, dimensions, and technical specifications

• Able to read working drawings and translate project requirements into applicable designs

• Detail-oriented, creative, with spatial analysis capabilities and attention to detail

• Able to work independently and collaborate with project teams

• Able to manage time and complete work according to deadlines
