About the role

Supervisor Produksi responsible for overseeing production processes, managing production teams, and ensuring targets are met in accordance with work orders and established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect raw materials according to work orders

• Provide instructions and manage production processes to achieve predetermined targets (energy, time, quantity, and quality) according to work orders

• Ensure production processes are executed in accordance with existing procedures and standards (process standards and product quality standards)

• Maintain and care for production machinery and equipment to ensure they are always in working condition

• Monitor and ensure discipline of foreman and operators

• Teach technical work to subordinates

• Ensure safety and 5R implementation are carried out according to requirements

• Ensure controls outlined in IADL are implemented properly

• Direct subordinates to ensure production processes run according to targets

• Propose technical work training

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position

• Able to operate computer with minimum Ms. Office proficiency

• Understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001)

• Understanding of environmental management systems (ISO 14001)
