Operator QC

About the role

Operator QC responsible for quality control inspection across in-process and outgoing stages, ensuring products meet established standards and specifications before delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspection of coils and determine suitability for use

• Create non-conformance reports when materials do not meet standards

• Conduct quality inspection of production results according to standards, create production inspection reports, and apply QC labels according to product grade (Passed, L, S, Reject per IK-QC-015)

• Maintain and care for work equipment to ensure availability in the workplace

• Report questionable matters related to production processes and finished products to direct supervisor

• Create product samples according to standards

• Perform inspection and documentation of goods before shipment to customer

• Inspect quantity and quality of production results to ensure compliance with established specifications (quality standards, DO, packing list)

• Inspect that no products are damaged during loading and transportation

• Perform documentation (photography) during product loading process until completion

About you

• Minimum S1 Teknik Fisika/Kimia education

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
