Supervisor Production (Shrimp)

Job Desc:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the team throughout the production process to ensure products meet the required quality and quantity standards, are delivered on time, and are produced efficiently and cost-effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of in Fisheries, Food / Industrial Technology or any related major

• Experienced in shrimp production

• Excellent working knowledge of fish/seafood processing in efficient way

• Have good knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management System

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
