Supervisor Logistic (Transport)

Job Descriptions :

• Strong understanding of distribution processes, transportation management, and logistics operations outside Java Island and abroad.

• Experienced in coordinating delivery schedules, monitoring shipments, and warehouse distribution activities.

• Knowledgeable in 3PL expedition management (vendors), including performance evaluation and cost negotiation.

• As well as identifying and selecting potential new transportation partners.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize transportation costs.

• Good knowledge of inventory accuracy, shipping documentation, and logistics administration processes.

• Able to handle delivery claims, shipment discrepancies, and operational problem-solving effectively.

• Handling the process of item returns starting from administration, issuing Work Orders, and executing the retrieval of items requested by the outlet.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the F&B industry/Manufacturing/Transport Expedition

• Understanding MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table, countif, etc.), SAP/ERP System.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight delivery deadlines.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible in carrying out operational tasks.
