Supervisor Legal

About the role

Lead and manage the company's legal activities across litigation and non-litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice to management on cases and potential legal issues related to operations and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage legal activities of the company (litigation and non-litigation)

• Provide legal advice to management regarding legal cases and potential legal cases related to operations and investments

• Handle company legal matters both inside and outside court, including coordination with external lawyers and authorities

• Develop legal policies, SOPs, and compliance systems in accordance with applicable regulations

• Conduct legal risk mitigation and ensure compliance with national and local regulations

• Build and develop the legal team to work effectively with clear structure and hierarchy

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Law; S2 or advocate license preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the legal field

• Experience in property, hospitality, or multi-unit business sectors preferred

• Strong leadership capabilities, strategic communication, and analytical thinking

• Able to work in a dynamic and multi-business environment
