Supervisor Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day finance and accounting workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Reconciliation & Audits: Balance accounts, review journal entries, and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.

• Budgeting & Analysis: Monitor budget variances, analyze financial data, and assist in preparing yearly budgets or forecasts.

• Compliance & Tax: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations (such as PPh and PPN in Indonesia), company policies, and GAAP or statutory requirements.

• Team Management: Train, mentor, schedule, and evaluate accounting and finance staff.
