Supervisor Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger maintenance, and cash flow monitoring.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

• Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in annual budget preparation, forecast trends, and perform variance analysis between budgeted and actual figures.

• Tax & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations (such as PPh and PPN in Indonesia), statutory obligations, and internal financial controls.

• Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, preparing requested schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate finance and accounting staff
