Supervisor Catalouger & Demand Formulator

• Monitor and coordinate catalog management and demand planning activities to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Prepare and analyze demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business requirements.
• Monitor forecast vs. actual demand and identify variances to support appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of product catalogs, master data, and demand planning information.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment requirements, and supply availability to support operational needs.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and product availability.
• Supervise team activities, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed according to established targets and procedures.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Data Analysis.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning.
• Ability to process and analyze data to generate accurate demand forecasts as a basis for planning requirements.
• Proficiency in managing product catalogs, master data, and data accuracy.
• Ability to analyze historical demand, forecast accuracy, and demand variance, as well as identify demand trends and patterns.
• Ability to provide recommendations regarding stock levels, replenishment, and supply requirements based on data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
