Supervisor Batching Plant - Cikupa

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the batching plant, including monitoring production targets, quality control, and equipment maintenance

• Manage and lead a team of plant operators, technicians, and labourers to ensure productivity and operational excellence

• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

• Analyse production data and provide reports to management on plant performance and any issues that need to be addressed

• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to align production with customer demand

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and output

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the building materials industry (Concrete or Readymix Industry)

• Strong understanding of batching plant operations, production planning, and quality control procedures

• Excellent leadership and people management skills to effectively coordinate and motivate a team

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet production targets

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to interface with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

• Able to work in Batching Plant Cikupa
