Job Description Summary

• Interact with students or other stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about documents and services

• Ensure effective and prompt respond to customer inquiries

• Ensure effective customer complaints handling process

• Provide valid and accurate students operational data

• Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department

• Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in English Literature or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in campus administration
• Willing to be placed in Medan
