Store Manager - Luxury Fashion

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop & Empower the Team – Identify strengths and growth areas, creating personalized development plans to unlock their full potential.

• Customer-Centric Leadership – Understand customer needs and expectations, ensuring the team delivers outstanding service and a world-class shopping experience.

• Lead Boutique Operations – Supervise daily activities, from sales and inventory management to cash reconciliation and customer service excellence.

• Sales & Service Excellence – Monitor and optimize sales activities to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

• Inventory Management – Keep stock levels in check, ensuring timely reordering to maintain availability of premium products.

• Talent Acquisition & Development – Take charge of hiring, training, evaluating, and developing boutique personnel to build a high-performing team.

• Ensure Product Excellence – Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, and product functionality to uphold the brand’s reputation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academy or university.

• Proven experience in retail sales, with increasing levels of responsibility and a solid understanding of retail operations.

• Strong leadership & coaching skills – Ability to inspire, direct, and develop a motivated team.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build strong customer relationships.

• Flexibility & adaptability – Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Tech-savvy & proficient in English – Ability to handle retail systems and communicate effectively.
