Tanggung jawab

• Handle and manage litigation cases, including civil and criminal disputes, to protect the company's legal interests.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external lawyers, legal counsel, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare, review, and manage litigation documents, including legal notices, claims, responses, and court submissions.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advice on dispute resolution to minimize legal risks and potential liabilities.
• Monitor ongoing litigation cases, court proceedings, and deadlines to ensure timely and effective case management.
• Maintain comprehensive records of litigation cases and provide regular updates on case progress, risks, and outcomes to management.
• Identify potential legal disputes and recommend preventive measures to mitigate litigation risks.

Persyaratan

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a strong track record in litigation, dispute resolution, and handling complex legal cases.
• Proven experience managing civil and criminal litigation, including court proceedings, legal disputes, and coordination with external law firms.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian laws, litigation procedures, and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent case management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal cases simultaneously.
