About the role

This role involves coordinating and monitoring the performance of Team Leaders across divisions, ensuring they have clear targets, priorities, and timelines while managing tutor performance and organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Team Leader performance across each division

• Ensure each Team Leader has defined targets, priorities, timelines, and problem-solving capability at their level

• Monitor tutor performance through attendance, discipline, teaching quality, responsibility, member feedback, and KPI achievement

• Identify areas for improvement in tutors and Team Leaders and provide coaching and mentoring

• Arrange and adjust teaching staff requirements based on the needs of each program

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with data, analysis, improvement plans, and recommendations

• Ensure all issues and improvement plans are followed through to completion and evaluate results

About you

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or team manager

• Understanding of tutor performance management, team development, teaching staff requirements, and KPI

• Ability to provide coaching, evaluation, problem-solving, and data and report management

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, discipline, and conflict management skills
