SPV Maintenance Utility

About the role

This role involves planning, supervising, and implementing Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance programs for production machinery and utility systems. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of internal utility systems including generators, air compressors, HVAC/AC systems, boilers, electrical systems, and piping networks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the implementation of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance programs for production machinery and utility systems

• Oversee operation and maintenance of internal utility systems such as generators, air compressors, HVAC/AC systems, boilers, electrical systems, and piping

• Lead, assign tasks to, and evaluate the performance of daily maintenance technicians and staff

• Analyze and provide quick and accurate solutions to technical issues and breakdowns in machinery and utility systems

• Control spare parts availability, submit technical purchase requests, and manage maintenance operational budget

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with Occupational Safety and Health standards and applicable environmental regulations

• Prepare daily, monthly reports and evaluate Key Performance Indicators for maintenance and utility operations to management

About you

• Minimum D3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Minimum 1 year work experience in Supervisor or Senior Staff Maintenance & Utility position (preferably from manufacturing/factory or building/facility management industries)

• Deep understanding of electrical systems (high/low voltage), PLC, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, generator, compressor, and HVAC systems

• Strong leadership, communication, and time management capabilities

• Ability to read technical drawings including wiring diagrams, P&ID, and AutoCAD
