About the role

This is a Human Resources position responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, employee administration, and organizational development in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor employee attendance and discipline

• Manage KPI assessment and training programs

• Supervise recruitment and employment administration

• Monitor payroll processes

• Analyze manpower needs and organizational structure

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Conduct active sourcing and maintain talent pools

• Coordinate with users and candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring progress

• Develop and manage HRGA systems, policies, and procedures

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Psychology

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws and Employment Regulations

• Strong knowledge of HR Management, including recruitment, HR administration, HR work programs, and KPI management

• Familiar with ISO 9001 documentation and implementation is a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Honest, loyal, responsible, and able to work well under pressure

• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
