Social Media Staff

·         Minimum Diploma (D3)/(S1) in Marketing, Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.

·         At least 1–2 years of experience in the marketing field.

·         Developing and implementing social media strategies.

·         Managing posts and monitoring multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

·         Helping to increase social reach, engagement, and referral traffic.

·         Identifying social media trends, including new platforms and changes to existing ones.

·         Creating content tailored for various social media platforms.

·         Responding to and handling community inquiries and complaints efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner.

·         Identifying relevant tactical opportunities to engage with a client’s community.

·         Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the digital and social media landscape.

·         Experience as part of a pre-opening team is preferred.

·         Able to join immediately.
