About the role

We are looking for a responsible, creative, and detail-oriented person to join our team in Bali. The main responsibility is managing our social media content, while also supporting basic computer/admin tasks and assisting our Customer Service team when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update social media accounts

• Create and post content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms

• Take photos/videos and prepare simple social media content

• Reply to comments and basic social media inquiries

• Assist with basic computer and administrative tasks

• Support the Customer Service team when needed, including replying to guest inquiries and assisting with bookings

• Help with other daily operational tasks when required

About you

• Good communication skills in English

• Comfortable using computers and basic office applications

• Familiar with social media platforms

• Creative and able to create simple photo/video content

• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Canva or basic photo/video editing skills are a plus

• Educational background in IT, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
